KleenMark has been a part of InBusiness Magazines Top Building Services company for six years running and are looking for a dynamic, hands-on, energetic, customer-driven and organized HR Recruiter to help continue our success.  We are a commercial cleaning company seeking to add to the Operations Team for the Madison, WI location. We are looking for a strong professional that is eager and has a desire to grow. Our growing commercial cleaning company has more than 800 employees across Wisconsin and is rapidly growing.

Basic Job Functions for the Bilingual Recruiter role include but are not limited to:

  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Phone skills and friendly personality
  • Call and screen potential applicants
  • Interview candidates
  • Use discretion, independent judgement to determine the best applicants
  • Match the appropriate candidates to the best suited position
  • Preform background screens
  • Perform new hire orientations
  • Work closely with Account Managers to keep staffing levels sufficient
  • Handling day to day HR functions
  • Community networking and outreach

The ability to write, read and speak English is required. Ability to speak Spanish highly recommended.

  • Previous staffing/recruiting expereince preferred
